• Always demonstrate high quality customer service
• Paint with professional level execution in occupied and unoccupied units
• Provide touch ups and minor repairs when necessary, including dry wall
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by supervisor.
• Work efficiently alone or with a team in a professional and friendly manner

• Able to lift up to 75lbs regularly throughout an 8 hour work day
• Experience working with drywall and painting multifamily housing units preferred
• Able to work alone or with a team
• High school diploma preferred
