- 3-5 years of property management experience
- Experience in all facets of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall and appliance repairs is required, EPA certification preferred
- Must have excellent customer service skills, strong attention to detail and basic maintenance skills
- Working knowledge of pool service/maintenance required, CPO certified or willing to obtain certification, if applicable
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 75 lbs. and work 8-12 hour standing shifts
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to work weekends and be available for on call emergencies
