The Concierge is responsible for being the first line of customer service at the property. The concierge will greet residents, assist residents with packages and inquires, open entry doors for residents and provide security for the property.


  • Greeting customers, residents, and guests, and serving as the primary point of contact for the property.
  • Answer phone calls and direct them to the correct person.
  • Provide guidance to residents with online requests, service requests etc.
  • Serve as a primary information resource for residents, guests and vendors.
  • Assist building management with planning and executing resident activates.
  • Work closely with management to assess resident’s needs and generate ideas to increase tenant satisfaction/retention.
  • Assist building management with leasing, renewals, application processing and other clerical tasks.
  • Completes all other projects or requests as assigned by Supervisor.


  • Must be able to work with a variety of individuals in a friendly manner with exceptional customer service.
  • Must be able to quickly analyze a situation, come up with solutions and implement them.
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite products and the internet.
  • Must be attentive to detail and adheres to company standards.
  • High school diploma required.
  • Must possess excellent communication skills.
  • Experience with Yardi preferred
  • Experience with RentCafe preferred
  • Social Media experience preferred
