This role can be worked remotely from Colorado, Illinois, Florida, Virginia, and Texas (Houston preferred)
In this people centric role, the Learning & Development Specialist will be responsible for assessing the needs of the organization with the Director of Learning and Development to ensure that the sales, software, and customer service curriculum is delivered with relevance and urgency to what the Laramar business needs are. this team member will help to create and development meaningful training content and resources for the on-site team members as well as new properties. Make It Matter and Build Trust are core values that this person will constantly focus on to ensure the Learning & Development team is providing exceptional experiences to our internal customers.
