The Assistant Maintenance Manager position will assist and individually perform technical and mechanical work required around the premises, as well as report all ongoing activity to the maintenance manager.

  • Make electrical, carpentry, and HVAC related repairs
  • Transport and install new appliances
  • Work with community team to ensure the outside of the premises are clean and safe for to ensure a high curb appeal
  • Have knowledge of and adhere to OSHA guidelines at all times
  • Perform additional tasks assigned by a manager


  • High school diploma required
  • 2 years experience in property maintenance is required
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office products
  • Must know and follow Fair Housing laws
  • Reliable transportation required
  • Must be able to successfully pass a background check and five panel drug screen
